Incrementing form numbers when printing

I have created a form in Draw. I want to print 50 at a time and need the number of each form to increment.

• Create a spreadsheet inluding the sequence of numbers (or use Number.ods )
• Paste your form in a Writer document
• In this document: Edit Exchange database Browse to select your spreadsheet
• View Data Sources, select the database using your spreadsheet
• Drag & drop the field from Database windows to your document (adjust the position of the field according to your need)
• File Print: Your letter contains address database fields. Do you want to print a form letter? Answer Yes.

The only issue left is how to position the form number where I want it. It seems to default to a particular position in the header. How do I place it where it should be? Thanks.

several possibilities: in my number.odt it is paragraph formatting (spacing above and center) but you can also type empty paragraph, tabulations, insert in a frame, etc.
