Multi comparison in conditional formatting

Hello I trying to get the following conditional formatting in libreoffice calc:

If A1 = A2 and A3 and A4 then format A1

I tried with array : format => conditionnal formatting => formula is: A1={A2;A3;A4} but this does not work.

Any idea how to solve this?

Try formula (A1=A2)*(A1=A3)*(A1=A4)
