This is a second try. I want to permanently kill the Navigator Toolbar. Closing it in the View menu does not prevent it from popping up (and stealing a 1/4 inch from the height of my viewport). Any time I click on a heading in the sidebar navigator, the toolbar pops up again.
I would have been very helpful if you wrote how switched of the toolbar which you don’ want to see.
I am guessing now:
View > Toolbars > Navigation and uncheck there
Should it not work please provide more information.
As I said in my initial post, “Closing it in the View menu does not prevent it from popping up…” again when I click on a Heading in the Navigator sidebar. I want it gone once and for all.
