- When the user toggles underline or bold, the trailing space is also styled.
- I expect the trailing space to be excluded.
- The highlight button always enables highlight.
- I expect the highlight button to toggle between chosen highlight color and no highlight.
- If it’s currently a different color, then highlight to chosen color.
- When I view undo history, bolding/unbolding/highlighting/etc. all show up as “Apply Attributes” with no way to differentiate them.
- There is no button to view or choose current text columns.
- There is also no button/way to view current style. (???)
trailing space
=> just switch off after you typed the last character or do not include the trailing space in your selection.
high lighting - toggling
=> toggling between a selected highlight color and no color is a very personal requirement. However you can place an enhancement request at: https://bugs.documentfoundation.org//enter_bug.cgi?product=LibreOffice
Please note that for:
- Selecting the LibO version you need to scroll the Version list up
- Making the bug report an enhancement request you need to select “Enhancement” in the field “Severity”

view current style
=> there is a little window for the toolbar calles “Apply Style”. This window also displays the currently used style. No need to click a button. If this window is not default, you can customize a toolbar.
