LibO takes automatically all fonts, which are installed in your W7 environment.
Fonts are management in your W7 OS. Most likely you will find the W7 font folder in the Control Panel. ( I assume here that it is the same as in W XP.)
Search Control Panel for Fonts. In Win 8 they are located at C:\Windows\Fonts
