How can I have different page margins for even and odd pages. For example I want left margin be longer on odd pages while right margins are longer in even pages.

In most cases you can use only one page style for it. So, Format Page to edit Default style. On the Page tab, Layout Settings Page Layout select Mirrored.
Then you can define different marges: Inner & Outer.
If this does not meet your needs, you can use Right Page and Left Page page styles . Alternating is automatic.
Just apply “Right Page” on the first page and the next will automatically apply “Left Page” style, etc.
Then, you just have to change the margins of these styles according to your needs.
