Forgot the new codename i put on a file in libre office writer

Recently i changed the codename of a file and i forgot to write it down because i thought i could remember it easily. Now i cannot go into the file anymore. I still have the former codename but of course it does not apply anymore. Is there any possibility to restore the old codename or to go into this document or is it lost forever?
