Impress Keyboard Bindings: XF86Back/XF86Forward as Previous/Next Slide?

I’m using LibreOffice 4.4.4.3 on Arch Linux, and I have a problem with keyboard bindings.

In Impress, I’m accustomed to the XF86Back and XF86Forward keys also serving as back/forward in presentations, and to the best of my knowledge this is how it worked on my previous install on this machine. (It’s a Sandy Bridge ThinkPad, so it has those keys directly above the Left and Right arrow keys - and these keys still serve as “back” and “forward” when my web browser is in focus, for example)

However for some reason after doing my reinstall (tl;dr disk failure), this behaviour doesn’t occur.

I suppose my real question pertains to the “Customise → Keyboard” dialog. If I understand correctly, this should be the correct dialog for customising the keybindings for LibreOffice, but:

  1. I can’t find in the list of options on the lower part any bindable actions that pertain to next (or previous) slide (or “effect”)
  2. Homeand End act as “first/last” slide hotkeys, but these don’t seem to show up in the dialog as being bound to any actions (nor, I think, do PgUp or PgDn)

So, in summary, what am I missing?

Output of localectl:

System Locale: LANG=en_GB.UTF-8
VC Keymap: uk
X11 Layout: gb
X11 Model: intl

I don’t know what else would be relevant, other than the fact that I’m not using a DE (just naked OpenBox launched by lightdm) but I can post anything else if asked.
