The label for ole object shows garbled characters

I inserted an ole object and changed the label to have asian characters, then it shows garbled characters .

I can confirm your observation on a German Windows 7. But I think, that LibreOffice can do nothing about it. The dialog belongs to the operating system. Do you use an English version of Windows 7?

I uses an English version of Windows 8.1. And actually this issue should be solved since I saw a company reivsed Libreoffice and fixed this problem.
