A couple or so weeks ago I used the link at the bottom of the page give feedback to ask some questions about this Forum - it appears to be the place according to the description. I have not had an answer - is this feature not being implemented?

I have looked at the information you supplied and the last one https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Ask gives the user names of the Administrator and the moderators, @manj_k and @qubit1. It states to contact us use the Online Feedback Form, which I did but got no response. There is no way given to contact the Moderators other than this form, which appears to get no response.
Perhaps @manj_k or @qubit1 could reply to this.
Funny enough my email notifications were completely off so I never noticed your mention of me … on post also about mentioning

@Briga No I did not get satisfactory reply. You can contact only members who have a website in their profile and that has contact info.

I have no idea if that could be filed as a possible improvement.
For moderator/admin issues I would go with qubit answer.
For issues with the site again I would go with the normal procedure and if you don’t get any answer you could notify @AskLibreOffice (on twitter) that is a “technical” account to support the site. It may help (or it may not depending on the issue).

For questions about the Ask site itself, the Online Feedback Form and the website mailing list are good ways to contact (respectively) the moderators and the maintainers of the site.
I know that sometimes when things get very busy, messages sometimes don’t get immediate attention. If you haven’t received a response within a week or so, please send a follow-up message.
