A user’s preferences are held within their Profile. That Profile consists of various files held within a single folder. If that folder is removed/renamed then, at next startup, LO will re-establish it with default values.
Here are 2 ways to discover the location of that folder:
- (
menu):Tools→Options→LibreOffice→Paths
- Find the Windows User-Profile location here
If your old user-profile still exists, then your preferences can be transferred from the old profile to the new one.
