I’d like to use command line to remove first 5 lines of many doc automatically. Is there anyway to do it? Those doc are just converted using Libreoffice command line.

It depends upon what you mean by “line”. I presume, from the command line reference, you are using BSD/Linux/MacOS. You can create a script to unzip content.xml, modify it, and put it back in the archive (ODT), but this would only be useful if by “line” you mean paragraph i.e., the first five text:p elements. Otherwise a “line” is some partial structure from one or more of the initial paragraphs in your documents.
