Calc: How to change priority of condition within conditional formatting rule

In one conditional formatting rule you can set multiple conditions of which the first one has priority over the following. I want to be able to bring the upper condition down and visa versa, without having to re-order everything manually.

The option for move conditions up/down to reorder it has been added on FORMATTING: Ability to rearrange order of conditions in conditional formatting dialogs, available for now only in master http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/dai...

According to the bug report, the fix has been incorporated into LO 5.4 and higher.
