I have downloaded the 5.0.3 update and saved the file but I don’t know how to open the file to install the updates. I have Window Vista, does that make a difference?
Just double-click on the file (should have an extension .MSI) and the install process starts.
Does Libre office prefer MS Windows to other OS systems? If no, then request that OS is stated in questions. And why do the MS users assume that their favourite OS is the favourite of others?
I use “the other OS” - Linux and it does not care what the file extension is, and why should it? and if i am using KDE then it is likely that a single click is enough to tell the OS you want attention.
