When I print 3x5 cards in landscape orientation, only the bottom half of line 4 and remaining text is printed, at the very top of the page. The first three lines are entirely missing, and there is about .75 inch space at the bottom of the page. In other words, the entire text is moved up about .75 inch.
In the print preview window it is positioned properly, but prints too high on the page. I tried checking the “Use printer metrics for document formatting” box (LibreOffice preferences > LibreOffice Writer > Compatibility), but this makes no change in the print out.
I am using LO Writer 5.0.1.2; Mac OS X 10.11.1
Any help in correcting this will be greatly appreciated.
