When I am writing a paper in libreoffice writer, to keep in accordance with APA style, I have to place a header at the top of the page. The header on the title page is different than the subsequent pages. Everything seems to work fine when I save a close the document. However, when I reopen the document, the header is missing from all pages except the title page. Please help. Thanks.
