No keyboard
I purchased a NextBook Flexx 11 with Windows 10. It runs okay with one glitch that I’ve already asked about in another forum.
That glitch is when I remove the detachable keyboard and when in Base, I can’t get the onscreen keyboard to show up when editing fields. I have to use the tablets onscreen keyboard which is accessed from outside of the application.
Did a search in Windows 10 desktop for “keyboard” and found the app. I have to stretch it out at the bottom of the screen while in Base and basically have two apps running at the same time. Base database on top and the keyboard near the bottom.
The Nextbooks native onscreen keyboard is really nice and works of course in tablet mode with all other apps I’ve tried. It just doesn’t show up while using LO Base. (haven’t tried other LO pieces as I purchased this tablet solely to run the database on.
Works great otherwise until sorted out.
