In Windows 7 Pro a fresh install of 5.1 opens with incomplete but mostly normal looking screens which offer no functionality. Program does not hang and triggers no error messages. a second download and install is no different.
A previous install of 5.04 was fully functional on this box
Same is true on Win 8.1. Says it is loading a win office docx, but no display and non-functional.
Just downloaded and installed 5.1.0.3 x64 (Win 7 Pro 64-bit). NOTHING displays in window pane. Menus appear and appear to work. How could something so broken be released??? So disappointing.
