Hello Libre Officers:
Is it possible for several open documents of the same type (for example two or three writer documents) be open in a single window, so that I can move among them by clicking on tabs. As, for example most browsers. If so, how do I enable this feature?

I’m fairly new myself, but I don’t think so. There’s a feature request for this at https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=37134, with some interesting information.
Thank you. Yes, very interesting. I do hope, though, that someone will come up with a good solution, particularlyu for the Writer and Calc modules, where I find it most useful. The Soft Office product does have this feature built into their program, although it is not free.

Ciao, if the pages are consecutive, you can do so:
Menu> View> Zoom> Zoom> Layout> Columns. Select how many columns you want to see and adapts the zoom ratio with the cursor at the bottom right.

I was not looking for Window Tabs bwtween different moules, but having tabs within a set of, Write or Calc documents. I often need to Copy and Paste from one to the other, and he Tabs simplify that process consicerably. But this is a good suggestion.

It’s disappointing to see accepted answers that seem to miss the point of the original question. We want to see tabbed windows that hold separate documents not multiple pages of the same document within a single “tab”. Of course, I never thought I needed this until I saw it in WPS. Now I miss it when using LibreOffice.
You can have multiple documents open and use “Window” in the main toolbar to switch between the documents.
If you are using Windows you can have 2 documents open side by side in left half and right half of screen. Use the “Windows” key and left or right arrow to change Window of each document.
Ah ha! Thank you for pointing me to this rather obvious place to look. I will certainly be using this until someone comes up with an efficient and elegantg solution.
