I have a desk top computer with a Lenux operating system. It currently has Libre Office 3 installed however all of the extensions and templates require Libre Office 4 or 5. How can I update my Office to 5

All LO versions are available from: https://downloadarchive.documentfound... (possibly v4 currently more stable than v5). v3 & v4/5 will occupy different Profile directories (v4 + v5 would occupy the same Profile directories), so they could well co-exist. Nevertheless, probably better to uninstall v3 before installing new.

In addition: All the LibO installers are containing a complete package and do not depend on a formerly installed LibO. The old version should automatically get uninstalled if correctly installed (registered).
