Changed to 5.1, but having a major problem.
Using HSQLDB 2.3.3 via a Split database setup and the so called “Parameter Input” pop up has shrunk significantly in comparison with the pop ups in 4.5 and 4.7.
When running a db query, the pop up is shown when there is an input request to the user.
This is now way to small.
How to change the default size of the pop up window?

Please edit the question to indicate the platform / window manager as this may be related.
The last change made to the source code of that dialog (OpenGrok) appears to date from late 2014, however it was related to resizing the dialog (essentially turning off this feature). The recent GTK3 work being done, in relation to handling mouseovers and popups, may further affect what you are seeing in v5.1.x.
