Windows 10 administrator

Like other posts I cannot upgrade to the new Libre Office as I get the error that I need to be the administrator, now I can’t use my old version and I don’t have access to any of my files. I see no one has responded to other posts with the same problem. I have been a financial supporter of Libre Office, hopefully someone can address this issue and get all of us back on. Thank you

My IT person told me to uninstall LibreOffice and download and install it again. When I went to uninstall LibreOffice was no longer on my machine. I then downloaded it again and now I have the program again and everything is back to normal.

Are you logged in with an Administrator Windows account?

You could try right click on the install file and “Run as administrator”.
