format date that show a percentage instead

Every time I enter a date of 1/2, 1/3 or 1/4 Jan 1, Jan 2, Jan 3, or other dates that can be percentages on my spreadsheets each year it automatically changes to a tiny 1/3(rd added by me to show what I mean), 1/4(th added by me to show what I mean) that makes it look like it is a percentage. How do I get this to stop happening?

Isn’t it a doubtable idea to write a date in exactly the same way as a fraction?
You can disambiguate dates when entering them by always giving the year explicitly.

Many users may want to exactly get what is annoying you.
If you do not accept this, you will have to change your ‘AutoCorrect Options…’ and/or the replacement table contained therein. Details will depend on your locale.

You can deactivate the Autocorrect Option as @Lupp suggested or you enter the few dates as 1/02, 1/03 … then the Autocorrect does not kick in. You have another one in March 3/4.
