PivtTable-"Create" command missing. Only 'refresh' and 'delete' are there

In earlier versions, on my linux mint Libre Calc, I have been creating Pivot Tables. Now I have version 5.1.1.2 and I have discovered that the create command is missing. Has it been moved elsewhere from Data-PivotTable- >?

Apparently it has been moved to the insert menu, see:

No pivot table 'create' button

In 5.1 there seems to be no pivot table create button. The 5.1 help still says to create a pivot table click data-pivot table-create but after clicking ‘pivot table’ all I see are greyed out refresh and delete options. I did a little googling and found that instead insert-pivot table works instead (part of the UI menu redesign, I think). But the help still says to do data-pivot table-create. Am I missing something here? Is this how it works now, or is my installation perhaps messed up?
