When * try to use help I get an error message. That MS Edge can’t be opened by administrator. Why does Edge NEED to be opened?*
Because you have not installed the local help files? In that case LibreOffice tries to open the help from the Web. What browser do you have as default browser?
You need to download the files for the built in help and install it.
