When using LibreOffice Calc and make changes to worksheet column widths, then save the document using MS Excel 2007-2013 XML file format, the next time I open the document the column width all revert back to the original column widths prior to my changes.

Saving in xls format retains column widths correctly.
Having the same issue with established and newly created calc files saved as “.xlsx” format. Had this with 5.0.6 and then went to 5.1.2.2. Still the same.
Here it comes…however, it works if I save the file with a “.xls” format.
