I require a template that includes my company logo and information on every page. The issue is as soon as I go onto another page the layout does not follow me onto the next page. I am sure it somthing simple but I have yet to find an answer.

You have to enable the header. That is a setting in the page style. Then put all things, which should be repeated on every page into the header. If the logo is larger as the header itself, then make sure that the option “Follow text flow” in the tab “Type” of the image properties dialog is not checked.
For to arrange texts in the header you can use tabs or you can insert a table without borders.
The header is bound to a page style, so when your next page has a different style it has a different header. When you switch the page style and want to still show the logo, then you have to insert it in the header of the new page style too.
