How can I display names of custom colors in palette?

Version 4 of Impress and Draw displayed a listing of color swatches and their names.
IMHO, this was the single BEST TOOL FEATURE differentiating LibreOfc from Microsoft.
It enabled the professional engineer or bioscientist to develop a set of custom colors for
all their documents.

Version 5 apparently dropped this great feature. Why? Is their any way to re-enable it?!?

This answer did not address my real question–though I do appreciate Pierre-Yves responding, and adding a screenshot that illustrates Version 5 behavior. What I’m really asking is how to restore the dropdown list we had in 4.4.5, showing – at one glance – custom colors and their user-defined names. For example (sorry no
screenshot; I tried but it complained > 3 points):

   [xxxxxx] CMOS_pDIF
   [yyyyyy] CMOS_POLY
   [zzzzzz] CMOS_MET1

Hi

The color palette, displaying their name, is visible by default in the Properties panel of the Sidebar.

Also you can use ViewToobarsColor Bar to display the color bar that is not contextual.
