is there an option to use Wordstar keys?
I do a lot of writing, and would like to keep my fingers on the keyboard more and rely on the mouse less. Is there a straightforward way to do this?

The Wordstar shortcut keys were created when the keyboards were just typewriter style - no cursor no mouse ...
Many of them are now obsolete. You have a whole bunch of predefined shortcut keys (see Help and/or documentation). You can also redefine them Tools>Customize>Keyboard. But I doubt you can recreate all of them.
E.g. Ctrl-Y deleted one line in Wordstar, now it undos last action. And there is no short function to do this in any new program.
Ctrl+y is now something like ctrl+- choose what to delete hit enter
alternative there is "Delete Lines" under Modify, so yes, it can be modified
@lloyde12000 for the case you have create a complete profile, share it with use and we can provide it to other users who are looking for a similar keyboard profile (click on the save button and upload the file somwhere and share the file with us)
