Vertical text in Calc problem

I had update to LibreOffice 5.1.3 (Windows 10). There are some cells in Calc document with vertical text. In LibreOffice 5.1.1 all texts are displayed correctly. But in new version these texts displayed as horizontal with underline as vertical. Any ideas?

There is know bug Bug 99369 - FORMATTING: Textalignment vertically doesn’t apply anymore, that was fixed a week ago.
