I am using Libre 5.13,
In Draw when I move the mouse around, there are no moving lines in the left or top rulers so I can see exactly where my mouse is on the page. Do I need to turn something on?

Can’t see how to reflect the mouse pointer position in the rulers.
But if you choose menu View - Grid and Helplines - Helplines While Moving you would have horizontal and vertical lines reaching to the rulers.
Position of cursor is located on the status bar.
