I cannot download libreoffice 5.1.4. The button just takes me to donation page, but no download starts.
Click on the file name (Top left) in Windows LibreOffice*.msi. Sometimes the browser prevents you from redirecting to another website.
You can download by going to Ninite.com, checking the apps that you want then getting the installer and opening it. That is the easiest way. If the answer please you please give a ‘tick’
