installing the new one near the end of installing it stopped with the message 'Error code 1317 error in creating directory c:\program files\libre office 5 \ share\ auototext\dgo" I have tried about 5 times since and it keeps saying the same thing at the same point. I tried installing an older version from your website and it does the same thing

This seems to be a permissions issue insufficient to write to this folder. A solution is given on the microsoft site.
