Thought it was Windows 10 compatible?

Installed 5.1.4 as my first installation. Opened a document and it locked. Checked compatibility and it indicates that Libre goes up to Windows 8.

LO is Win10 compatible.

There may be something wrong with that document. Libre works fine in Windows 10.
