Is it possible to include a 'right tab stop' within a Table of Contents?

When formatting a ToC, I right-click on the ToC, select ‘Edit Index or Table of Contents’, select the ‘Entries’ tab, and click on the ‘Tab Stop’ button. However this appears to insert a ‘Left Tab Stop’, with no apparent means available to change this to a ‘Right Tab Stop’. Does anyone know whether this can be done?

Be careful with the tabstops on TOC, they are quite limited:
Bug 32360 - tabstops on TOC are no fully functional (do not support right and middle alignment)

Click the [ T ] button that you inserted, then the formatting options will appear below - fill character and width on the left, right align option on the far right.

EDIT (after post by RGB-es): It turns out that all right align tabs automatically aligns to the right margin, a bad oversight. Unfortunately the formatting settings in the dialog box override the settings in the paragraph style.
