Hi, when I click on slide show or press F5 Impress crashes and shows a small window saying bad_function_call. Does someone know what is going on and how to solve this problem? I’m using Ubuntu 14.04 LTS and libreoffice 5.1. Thanks.
I am running LO on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS with no issues whatsover… don’t know about 5.1 under 16.04.
One thing you can try is to run libreoffice from a terminal (Ctrl + Alt + T) and see what kind of error you get when it crashes.

I get this problem starting from the terminal: (soffice:16390): Gdk-WARNING **: gdk_window_set_icon_list: icons too large. I file it as a bug, so far 1 answer that did not work (changing the name of the user folder).
Not elegant solution. I gave up on LibreOffice 5.1, uninstalled it, installed 5.06 and this version works, no problem with the slide show.
