How to make linked graphics show in writer document instead of a red lined box?

Is View → Images and charts active? Maybe you moved the file to a different folder/computer and forgot to move the graphics? If not, please, provide a clear description of your problem.

I re-tried cutting the images and re-inserting and this time it seems to work. I had done this before with no results. Thanks for taking time to respond.
