When I try to reduce the line spacing a lot, characters disappear.
Here’s what I want: I want characters NOT to change in width or thickness when I put the line spacing to a ridiculously little setting. Characters will overlap, and that’s what I want. Is it possible?
I don’t think that it’s possible in plain text in Writer. By the looks of it, when the font size exceeds the line height, the top of the letters is cropped. But you can do it using text boxes; put each line in a separate text box and move the boxes so that the lines overlap. As long as you don’t have a text of hundreds of lines to manage, that would be possible.
