Cannot run Libre Office, error 0xc000007b

Hi, I am running a windows 8.1 (64bits) and after installing the lattest LO (5.2), I ran into this error 0xc000007b. Worked perfectly fine before.
I uninstalled it and I downloaded SO 64bits. I tried to replace the ddls, but nothing worked.

Thanks for your help, it is very critical for my work!
