Graphic sent in back

How do I bring back in front a graphic sent to back in a calc spreadsheet

I accidentally found the Way.
After removing the sheet protection (Tools, Protect Document, Sheet)
I clicked on the Navigator (F5) or (View, Navigator)
Click on graphic, you then will see how many graphic you have on the sheet and click on the one you could not get back in front and voila it is brought forward then by clicking on that particular graphic you can edit to your heart’s content.

ctrl+clic does not work to select the graphic ?

I think only can be done, selecting the image trough the navigator (Menu/View/Navigator or F5)

Just made test sending a graphical element (blue rectangle) behind TEXT.
No way to select it and the navigator does not show it.
Excellent question! Unfortunately no solution yet.
Is this a bug? - It can destroy an entire sheet!
I could neither select the entire sheet onr a smaller area including the colored rectangle behind the text and copy and paste all, but not the colored rectangle behind the text.

As graphics appear in the navigator by default, those are easily covered, but since only named drawing objects appear in the navigator, it is a little “trickier” (only if you know how it works, then it is simple :-))

To select drawing objects or images that are placed into the background in calc, use the pointer-tool from the drawing toolbar. Then just click onto the object, or if the object is complex or small and selecting it by clicking on it is too hard, “draw” a rectangle with the pointer tool around the element that should be selected.
