Extension Manager - Could not create Java implementation loader

I’m trying to load the Cryptographic extension so I can get repeatable results with a (multiple) spreadsheet(s) created in OpenOffice Calc.

Assuming the problem is with the extension, perhaps is failed to notice some distinction between OO & LO… What do I do now?

Another user asked a question about this extension last year and it was rather rudely (lazily) dismissed and closed without resolution.

The only question (and answer) I was able to find: here. Do you refer to extension linked in that answer? If yes, than I need to notice: that extension haven’t been update since 2009.
