in draw, to delete a node I can select a node and press delete, but how to add one to a line? I tried F8 “Edits Points”, and can see the points on the line, but everything I tried to add one failed.
The second button on the “edit points” toolbar is “Add point”: activate it and click on the line to add as many points as you need. When you finish adding the needed points, remember to click on the first one (“Move points”) to return to the default behaviour.
Thanks for your answer. My problem was that I could not see that “add point” icon, nor could I find it in the menus, what I needed was to press F8 to see the “edit points” icon, then drag it down to open a new row of icons, that did let me see the whole “edit points” bar, which at long last, did let me see that “add point” icon.
