LibreOffice how to set gui language from command lina

I need to set langugae for gui from command line. I use portable version. Tried to change C:\LibreOfficePortable\App\libreoffice\share\extensions\dict-ru\Linguistic.xcu but it was no use. Very in need of help.

Found UILocale variable in LibreOfficePortable.ini but it does not help

Finally got

<item oor:path="/org.openoffice.Setup/L10N"><prop oor:name="ooLocale" oor:op="fuse"><value>en-US</value></prop></item> <item oor:path="/org.openoffice.Setup/L10N"><prop oor:name="ooSetupSystemLocale" oor:op="fuse"><value>ru</value></prop></item>

C:\LibreOfficePortable\Data\settings\user\registrymodifications.xcu

It helped me to run english interface
