I noticed that after I hit the download button a circle with an i is in the url bar I clicked on that circle and it told me that the page was not secure, I went to a site WHYNOPADLOCK.COM and put the download URL in http://download.documentfoundation.or... and this is what returned Domain Name: download.documentfoundation.org URL Tested: https://download.documentfoundation.o...Number of items downloaded on page: 1 Valid Certificate found. Certificate valid through: Mar 24 12:00:55 2019 GMT Certificate Issuer: StartCom Ltd. SSL Protocols Supported: SSLv3 TLSv1 TLSv1.1 TLSv1.2 Server supports SSLv3, may be vulnerable to POODLE attack. It is suggested to disable the SSLv3 protocol. Server certificate ERROR: The secure URL you submitted was redirected to: http://ftp.wayne.edu/tdf/libreoffice/...Please try pasting the secure URL you originally submitted into a new web browser window to make sure it stays on the secure page. Your secure page may require there to be items in a shopping cart, or for the user to be logged in. It may not be possible to test this URL. Secure URL submitted: https://download.documentfoundation.o... When I put the ftp url in, it worked. Apparently there is a problem with switching of the URLs. Any ideas?

I did a factory reset on my router and it resolved the problem.
