Bulletin/Program for music recital.
How can I produce one using LibreOffice?

Could you give us a bit more information about what you’d like to have on this bulletin? Does it need to be 1 page, 2 pages, or more?
More information is needed about what a bulletin or program for music recital is (if it is a document, how is it different from any other document?)
Create a new text document in LibreOffice Writer. For a music program, you’ll probably want to use tab stops: click in the ruler above your document to set them, and press tab while you’re typing to jump to that position. Alternatively, you could use tables (from the Table menu).
If that’s not what you were asking, then like @qubit1 said, we need more details about what kind of answer you’re looking for.
