How to activate auto-spellcheck writer

Dear all,

recently reinstalled ubuntu and I lost the auto-correction and the thesaurus of LO writer. The Tools>Options>Language settings>Writing aids are all active and yet I can’t get any aid. Language is set to UK English in the settings and in the document.

What am I missing?

I solved it by installing myspell-en-gb from terminal, which then re-installed hunspell:

sudo apt-get install myspell-en-gb
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
