You could either :-
Use the formula =TODAY() in a cell on your sheet and set the desired date format.
or
Format a page header or footer using the toolbar icon “Headers and Footers”, and from the Custom header select “Date” using the calendar icon.
I think Header or Footer is best as this will show on every page printed.
