Could never find out how to attach a sample file to the original post and can’t even find that one now, so starting a new one. I have removed all sensitive data and am not overly concerned about the "#VALUE!"s that showed up after removing some other formulas and said data. Do need to learn how to print the footer on successive pages, though. Another (m.a.riosv) suggested uploading this so s/he can let me know where I’m going wrong. TIA for any help from anybody!

I can duplicate your problem using the page format. There is a PAGE FORMAT setting to select SAME FOOTER (HEADER) CONTENT Left/Right page? It is normally set on by default. PF11 to bring up the SIDEBAR. Select STYLES and FORMATTING > PAGE STYLES > Right Click > Modify and then check the Page Format.
To check if this is the problem, add a third page to see whether there is a pattern to your page numbering.
