Is there any way of downloading only the database program?

I have LibreOffice, and I am very happy with the Document Processor, which in some cases is better than Word. But I cannot find the database program, or it doesn't work at all in the Libre version I downloaded.

I am using at the moment, but it is so uncomfortable to work with it that I need something else. I prefer to count my losses and start again with something more manageable.

Any idea of what to do next? Downloading Base separately would be useful to me, but I don't know if that's possible.

Thanks in advance,

Base is normally not included in LO installation, at least on Debian and Ubuntu, and their derivaties.

Ciao, why don't you download all of LibO?

What is your operating system?

In Linux you can download only Base, or uninstall Writer, Calc, etc. and store Base.
