Text flush bottom and spacing between columns

Hi all,

I have an A3 document where the second page is separated in 4 columns and filled by users via a field. By using a section, I could make the text be spread evenly over the columns.
I want this text to be flush bottom, i.e.: it should fill up from the bottom and get higher if needed. I have not found a possibility to do this in LO. In TeX, I’d simply do \vfill before the text.

A second question:
In the situation described earlier, is it possible to have more space between the second and third column? The page will be folded to create an A4 booklet. I want the four columns to have the same width. But then the spaces between them also have the same width automatically, it seems. It is very cumbersome to choose the widths manually, all 4 the same and 2 of the 3 interspaces also the same.

Any help greatly appreciated.
Cheers, H.

You can try two frames on page 2, with 2 columns each. You have full control over the spacing then. I don’t see a way to align text vertically in LO.
